    Job Description:

    • Intermediate understanding of training processes, including adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
    • Strong facilitation skills, fostering open discussions in a dynamic setting.
    • Skillful in class preparation.
    • Able to manage tasks across different states and engage with project team members effectively.
    • Capable of assessing training outcomes and implementing solutions aligned with instructional design and adult learning theory.
    • Experience in coaching and providing feedback to learners and team members.
    • Travel required within Indiana.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Education: Some college plus 1 year in facilitation/training role, or HS diploma/GED with 2+ years in Indiana Eligibility Public Assistance Programs.
    • Travel up to 40% within Indiana.

    Preferred

    • Thorough knowledge of Policy and Guidelines related to Indiana Eligibility Public Assistance Programs (TANF, Medicaid, SNAP) is highly desirable.
    • Experience with IEDSS.
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Background in coaching or training.
    • Training Certification.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
