A law firm in Baltimore is seeking a Real Estate Partner with experience in sophisticated real estate transactional matters.

The ideal candidate will have a portable business or ongoing relationships with real estate clients and hands-on experience with real estate development and finance, including structuring transactions, entity formation, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, commercial leases, and financing documents.

Independently handle sophisticated real estate transactional matters.
Manage the entire process of real estate development and finance.
Structure transactions and review, draft, and negotiate various real estate documents.
Experience working independently on real estate transactional matters.
Portable business or ongoing relationships with real estate clients preferred.
Hands-on experience with real estate development and finance.
