We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be able to lead a team of workers to complete projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

Lead a team of workers and ensure they are working efficiently and safely

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met

Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Train and mentor new workers

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition

Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on project progress

• Previous experience with drywall and metal framing a must.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
