    The Best Western San Angelo, is located just outside of the heart of San Angelo and several Miles from The State University.

    We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager, with the ideal candidate having 2 or more years of Front Office supervisory experience.

    Job duties and requirements:

    1. Oversee all aspect of the front desk and communications with our guests.
    2. Maintain Advance Purchases, Account Receivables, Petty Cash, and Bank Deposits
    3. Balance Tax Exempt and maintain documentation.
    4. Ensure employees are filling out required forms both on paper and online.
    5. Interview and recommend candidates for hire
    6. Schedule, train, and supervise all front desk employees
    7. Train and onboarding new hires keeping in compliance with Hilton guidelines
    8. Develop and maintain training
    9. Maintain sufficient levels of supplies for the operation of the Front Desk.
    10. Preform property walks
    11. Monitor Labor cost
    12. Will spend the major of time working at the Front Desk
    13. Host evening reception when needed
    14. Responsible for all Guest Relations, and social media correspondence between the brand and guests.
    15. Supervise the presentation of Breakfast in the morning.
    16. Help out in other departments as needed
    17. Responsible for Accounts Receivable
    18. Must be able to work any shift at any time with little or no notice
    19. Require to work evening, weekend and Holidays
    20. Bi-Lingual
