Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team at Ironsmith Fire. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting and forecasting to support data-driven decision making across the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and able to partner effectively with leadership and employees at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Performance Metrics & Incentives: Develop systematic approach to track monitor report daily KPIs performance metrics across positions Partner leadership ensure accurate reporting Earned Incentive Plans EIPs verifying incentive payouts calculated issued correctly this role does not design manage EIP structures themselves Create maintain sales summary report consolidating activity measures performance targets tracks commission earned providing clear timely insights management payroll processing
- Cost Pricing Optimization Conduct detailed cost analyses ongoing operations projects strategies new initiatives reconfigure estimate sheets accuracy scalability monitor pricing models competitiveness verify man hour unit measurements shop labor hours time motion studies data validation refine bidding processes
- Analytics Efficiency Improvements Perform advanced cost analytics pinpoint waste variances savings opportunities material overages labor inefficiencies collaborate operations implement cost controls vendor negotiations process automation targeting annual reductions expand value engineering assessments enhance product margins compromising safety standards Build sophisticated outcomes revenue expenses cash flows historical receivables payables operational trends monitor daily balances develop rolling forecasts scenario planning worst case market downturns introduce probabilistic expansion risks entering service lines alarms suppression Design centralized dashboards real time KPI visibility teams distribute monthly performance illustrating trends incentive pool projections executive summaries enhance automated alerts threshold breaches ad hoc deep dives leadership briefings Lead annual budgeting long range planning zero based budgeting legacy costs conduct financial due diligence acquisitions partnerships sensitivity analyses key drivers labor rates material inflation regulatory changes advise capital allocation growth investments IoT integrated fire systems facility expansions
