ONSITE- Irving, TX 75039Training: M-F (Most likely 12pm-9pm) * Absolutely no time off during 3 week training*After Training Schedule: M-F 1pm-10pm
Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls.
Scheduling appointments for vehicle shipment to and from Hawaii.
Will interact with a lot of military families on the calls.
Requirements & Experience:
Must be able to commute to Irving TX daily (No more than 40 mins of facility)
Must have a minimum of 2 years plus of recent call center experienceMust be friendly, speak well, and communicate well via email and on the phoneMust be familiar with ExcelMust be able to multi-task and navigate through screensUsed to an onsite call center environmentFor Immediate Consideration:
