Job Title: Full-time Credit Analyst

Job Summary:

The Central Bank of Warrensburg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced credit analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis, reviewing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with established bank policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of large and complex commercial loans.
• Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine creditworthiness.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive credit approval documents to assist in lending decisions.
• Collaborate with loan officers and committees to provide expert credit advice and recommendations.
• Monitor and review existing accounts to ensure compliance with loan agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address potential risks and irregularities, and recommend appropriate action.
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance (or equivalent degree program).
• Strong knowledge of banking procedures, lending regulations, and loan documentation.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, loan risk, and creditworthiness.
• Excellent judgment skills, decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as ability to operate office equipment.
