What would you do as a Full Time Mental Health Technician Needed for Night 7P-7A
As a Full-Time Mental Health Technician on the Night Shift from 7 PM to 7 AM at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, you will be an essential part of our dedicated team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring patients' mental and physical well-being, assisting with daily living activities, and documenting patient progress accurately. You will engage with patients to encourage positive behaviors and provide emotional support, all while fostering a safe and respectful environment. Each night, you will collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of excellence and integrity. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

- and observation findings of patients as requested by nurse
- Assist nurse with patient care tasks and the nurse or activity director with therapeutic interventions
- Flexible with work schedule when necessary to provide coverage
- Assists with coordination of distributing lunches
- cleaning the kitchen after lunch and attending to the patients' needs during lunch
- Provide care and assist patients in daily living activities including but not limited to diaper change
