The Onboarding Specialist supports the full contractor lifecycle in a fast-paced staffing environment, from onboarding through active employment.This role is responsible for high-volume, compliant onboarding, maintaining accurate contractor records during employment,
and serving as the first-level point of contact for contractor questions via the main People Operations email inbox.
