    This facility is seeking a Hematology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

    Details and requirements for this opportunity:

    • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p + pager call 5p-8a
    • Practice Setting: Outpatient
    • Type of cases and required procedures: Leukemia/lymphoma & malignant hematology cases (will NOT see bone marrow transplant patients)
    • Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
    • Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pennsylvania Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required. Must be Board Certified.
    • Licensure required: Active Pennsylvania license required#DOXFacility Location
