    We are looking for a Sr.

    Workplace Strategic Planner to join our team to drive global strategic space planning and optimize space utilization, includinganalyzing space to ensure real-time occupancy management, headcount forecasting and alternative work styles.

    You will also work on the development of dynamic tools, processes and reports to provide the highest level of service to our internal customersas well as build relationships with key stakeholders to develop program requirements.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Develop and manage the global strategic space management programDevelop processes to facilitate executive-level decisions for complex space challengesEvaluate and develop improved space plans that meet density and productivity needsResearch and develop programming andbusiness requirements for all business units, with a focus on R&DDevelop scenarios and build strategies for short and long-term site occupancyAnalyze data for effective use in headcount forecasting and space utilizationCollaborate cross functionally to develop, recommend and implement alternative work stylesDevelop and lead change management process for major space-related activitiesProvide guidance to the MAC and Planning teams for major projects to meet occupancy requests.

    Develop and implement training resources to drive best practices for utilization of space globallyAccountable for the administration & accuracy of the CAFM system focused on data integrityEvaluate the effectiveness of our systems to ensure that we are utilizing the correct tools for our requirementsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    BA/BS degree in architecture, engineering, interior design, construction management or related field of study10+ years of experience in workplace strategy, space planning and change management.

    5+ years of CAD experience for interior design with fit planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Excellent verbal communication & influencing skills, staff management & written communicationsEffective relationship management with all levels of the organizationExperience with creatively developing and delivering space for improved business resultsAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with moderate directionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment & deliver on commitments consistentlyAbility to work effectively with teams across the global portfolio (different time zones)Campus planning for at least 10,000 seats supporting multiple team requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
