Job summary
We are looking for an individual that has strong customer service background that enjoys working with customers via the phone and email.This position will be interacting with leaders of major device manufacturers, teaching universities or hospitals and the largest full time medical educational centers in our country.
The rental equipment is being use during surgeon training courses, medical device innovation, and research and development labs.
- Strong customer service skills are the key to this position along with a solid understanding of basic computer and Microsoft software.
- Able to work both autonomously and as a team player who is willing to collaborate with co-workers on projects
