- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating meetings and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Organize and file documents, both electronically and hard copies, ensuring files are easily accessible.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
- Help with personal tasks, such as running errands, shopping, and managing household expenses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
