- Assigning and escorting guests to their table.
- Providing menus.
- Making reservations.
- Arranging parties.
- May at times act as the cashier.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1- 2 years of previous experience as a host or concierge (preferred).
- Guest service and excellent communication skills required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must have a friendly and engaging personality, with a positive attitude and professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Must be able to work weekends and a rotating schedule.
