    About the Role:
    As a key member of our team, you will oversee site civil, site development, stormwater management, grading, parking, building arrangements, and underground utilities for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with other disciplines to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee site civil, site development, stormwater management, grading, parking, building arrangements, and underground utilities.
    • Develop and support preparation of construction plans, specifications, estimates, and proposals.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical staff.
    • Communicate directly with external stakeholders (clients, vendors, and contractors).
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
    • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, aerial photographs, geotechnical data, and other information to plan projects of all levels of complexity.
    • Review vendor drawings/submittals to confirm compliance with Contract Documents.
    • Collaborate with other disciplines and project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in site civil, site development, stormwater management, grading, parking, building arrangements, and underground utilities in heavy industrial, manufacturing, and chemical plant environments.
    • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
    • Strong technical knowledge and experience in relevant software and design tools.
    • Proficient in MicroStation – Preferred.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D – Required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Benefits:
    Ramboll offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you can expect opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic work environment.
