Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MICU
Shift: Night / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
**36 or 48 hour contract**
(local is considered within 50 miles of facility)
**Targeted patient ratios are 1:2-3**
Must have the following requirements:
• Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
• BLS, ACLS & Trachs - must be able to read and interpret strips
• Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a large hospital; level 1 preferred will accept level 2 experience.
• Travel experience preferred**EPIC experience Required**
Unit Details:40-bed, fast-paced, high acuity ICU. Bedside procedures include Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Trach, and G-Tube placement. Frequently recover patients immediately post opt. Special Equipment includes ICP monitoring, arterial lines, Flotrac monitoring, BIS, and train of four.
