    Description
    Title: Radiology Tech/MRI

    Duration: 13 weeks

    Location: Hudson, NY

    Shift: Day 4x10- Hour (07:00 - 17:00)

    Job Description:
    • Under the direction of the radiologist, the MRI technologist performs total body imaging for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in various body planes, producing quality images for diagnostic interpretation.
    • The MRI technologist effectively utilizes all imaging capabilities of the MRI scanner.
    • The technologist is responsible for maintaining the optimal level of patient care. In addition, the MRI technologist will assist in the optimization of patient flow and study throughout.


    Required Skills/Cert/Licenses:
    • ARRT-MRI certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MRI) no more than 6 months post-hire (if applicable).
    • Must remain a member, in good standing, of the ARRT or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) by maintaining appropriate CE credits and annual renewal of license(s).
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
