Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee safety and environmental programs.
Provide leadership and guidance on safety practices.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Investigate incidents and develop preventive measures.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
Manage workers' compensation claims and regulatory reporting.
Lead emergency response planning and training efforts.
