    Job DescriptionGeodesicx, Inc. is in search of a Management Analyst III to join our team in the Charleston, SC area.

    The Management Analyst III is responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses of information to make recommendations to the Government, particularly in support of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Command and Control (C2) systems. This role involves collection, review, and analysis of information, as well as the development of solutions to problems within the context of U.S. Navy programs or operations.

    Specific Duties:

    • Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Interview managers and employees while observing their operations to gain insights into organizational processes and challenges.
    • Develop solutions to problems identified through analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
    • Understand the nature of the organization, its relationship with other entities in the Government, and its internal organization and culture to provide informed recommendations.
    • Prepare and solve mathematical models to support analysis and decision-making.
    • Assist in the preparation of recommendations by compiling data related to design specifications and materials pertinent to specific items of equipment or component parts.
    • Support the development of information concerning previous operational failures and modifications, using judgment and initiative to recognize inconsistencies or gaps in data and seeking sources to clarify information.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
    • Experience in collection, review, and analysis of information to make recommendations to the Government.
    • Notable experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
