    We are looking for an LVN to join our Austin home health team with a heart for the elderly and a commitment to doing the right thing. You will provide ongoing home health visits to our home health patients in their place of residence. Ultimately focusing on providing effective communication to patients, family members, team, and other healthcare professionals.

    Home Health experience is essential, along with a proven ability to manage a fast-paced, independent work schedule. Knowledge of senior living communities and WellSky/Kinnser software would be great

    PRN per visit rates, Monday through Friday, or pick up the hours you wish 7 days a week.

    Requirements:

    LVN per visit rate $35 per visit
