An employer based out of the Litchfield Park, AZ area is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team.

This person will be responsible for managing sub contractors, safety aspects, cost estimates, scheduling, and timelines. They will be hosting meetings with suppliers/ stakeholders to give project updates. They will also be managing forecast sheets and project controls. The project manager will have the ability to work on a ground up build for a healthcare facility.

5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager Experience managing budget, scope, deadlines, for construction projects Experience managing large projects 5+ years of forecasting experience
