    Project Executive

    Project Executiveresponsibilities include:


    •Managing a team of Project Managers and Superintendents


    •Creating profit thru vendor negotiations.


    •Creating budgets.


    •Managing people.


    •Maintaining company standards, policies and procedures.


    •Overseeing construction activities and providing guidance and direction to project managers, staff, subcontractors and vendors.


    •Regularly inspecting job sites to ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction.


    •Ability to read and interpret construction documents.


    •Knowledge of all aspects of the construction process.


    •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


    •Ability to plan, prioritize, delegate, and review the work process to assure quality, accuracy and timeliness in meeting project goals.


    •Ability to work on projects independently and with teams.

    Qualificationinclude :


    •20+ years' of healthcare experience in a construction-related field, such as design, engineering, construction management, etc.


    •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.


    •Strong customer service, negotiations, and conflict resolution skills.


    •Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.


    •Familiarity with construction software programs, such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Project.


    •Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.


    •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
