- Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Assist students in developing and improving fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and activities of daily living.
- Conduct assessments and regularly monitor student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and school staff regarding student progress and treatment plans.

- Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or clinical setting preferred.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings.
