    Property Manager Position at Transwestern

    Looking for a Property Manager role at Transwestern? Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Professionally represent Transwestern while following management agreement terms.
    • Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and directives.
    • Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
    • Develop annual inspection process for properties.
    • Develop budgets, track variances, oversee CAM reconciliations, and manage vendor contracts.
    • Maintain relationships with owners, oversee construction work, and participate in client meetings.
    • Coordinate training and development for team members.
    • Build relationships with industry members to stay informed of competitor activities.
    • Handle additional duties or projects as assigned.

    Position Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
    • Washington State Real Estate Broker license required.
    • CPM and/or RPA designations preferred.
    • Minimum 7 years of property management experience.
    • Must have at least 3 years of experience managing people.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Accounting Software.
    • Strong understanding of financial reports.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
