- Level 3 Apprenticeship in – Engineering Construction (Pipefitting Standard, Mechanical or Plating)
- Experience in managing people on a large scale or international projects
- Experience with LATS, SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely Essential training for the role
- SC/BPSS Cleared
- Supervise projects of Temporary Buildings or Structures on nuclear sites
- Manage all Health & Safety aspects of installation activities
- Manager all on site Risk Assessments and ensuring company policies are adhered to
- Act as an Incident Controller (IC) and Trauma and Medical Immediate Care (TMIC)
- Manage large construction teams with and ensure to provide technical advice and technical solutions to contracted staff
- Attend meetings with Principal contractors and other tier 1 contractors
- Provide site reports and documentations
