    Gaffney, SC 29341

    The Concrete Plant Operator/General Maintenance performs a combination of duties involving general plant maintenance and operation of mobile equipment.

    **Duties:**

    Completes daily service requirements of the ready mix plant; helps inspects plant for preventative maintenance issues

    Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems to ensure efficient operations

    General maintenance of water pumps and electrical requirements and wear prevention of equipment

    Operate front end loaders and forklifts

    Performs general maintenance on conveyor belts, pumps and ready mix plant equipment

    **Required Skills & Experience**

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ready-mix operations, concrete operations and/or construction industry required

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a operating a loader in a Concrete batch plant environment

    Self-directed, results-oriented, and highly motivated, requiring minimal direct guidance

    Valid drivers license and ability to maintain a clean motor vehicle record required

    Work with minimum supervision

    Able to lift and carry 50 pounds, climb stairs/ladders up to 24 feet.
