Title: ABL Senior Credit Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Onsite 5 days a week

My client is a growing alternative investment advisory firm looking to add a credit specialist to their asset management group. This individual will work directly alongside the investment team in order to help manage the existing portfolio of complex, asset backed loans. The right candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of the ABL space, specifically within warehouse facilities/lending. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone looking to join a private, buy side institution that is consistently outperforming the market.

Responsibilities:

• Build borrowing base models from scratch, calculate financial ratios and other covenant requirements, build cash flow models and analyze credit documents
• Manage the existing portfolio including sitting in a client facing function, playing a significant role in borrower update calls and any changes/updates to credit lines
• Work extensively with other lines of business such as asset management, investment, legal, and other finance teams
• Model asset performance and ensure accurate credit projections under changing economic conditions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in credit risk; specifically from a bank Securitization or Leverage Finance team
• Must have experience with warehouse facility/lending
• Ability to build out complex, 3 statement financial models, borrowing base models/analysis, etc. in Excel
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
