    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Welcome and engage with customers in a genuine and friendly manner, adapting your communication style to suit individual needs.
    • Manage customer flow effectively using available systems to deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
    • Maintain high standards of service, including being prepared, welcoming, meeting customer needs, and being available for customers.
    • Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously, contributing to the store's achievement of Five-Star Customer Service.
    • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence, knowing when to escalate and partner with leadership as needed.
    • Communicate the value of alterations in perfecting dresses for special occasions, in partnership with Alterations.
    • Promote alteration services and personalization options to customers.
    • Maintain store standards to support a seamless shopping experience.
    • Adhere to dress code policies, maintaining a high standard of appearance.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product and service information.
    • BUILD and maintain long-term relationships with customers, exceeding satisfaction and loyalty expectations.
    • Assist with inventory management procedures, processing orders, receiving, and ensuring first-quality merchandise standards.
    • Support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately, making every customer feel celebrated.
    • Participate in sales promotions and visual updates as assigned.

    Physical Demands

    • Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods; reaching, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouch or crawl; talking to and hearing customers.
    • Lifting up to 25 pounds; seeing close and at a distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and prolonged computer, electronic devices, and phone use.

    Education & Credentials

    • High school diploma or equivalent degree, or 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environments.
