    We're searching for a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and contribute to expanding our services while positively influencing the lives of children and families.

    About the Role:

    Position: BCBA – clinical supervisor

    Job Type: Full-time

    Location: 8604 Cliff Cameron Drive, suite 180 Charlotte, NC 28269

    Location Type: Center-Based

    Salary: Up to $101,400.00 per year

    • Collaborates effectively with team members, families, and other agencies
    • Excels in parent training and individualized treatment planning for children
    • Is passionate about guiding and supporting clinicians, fostering a positive team environment
    • Implements strategies to maintain clinical quality and ensure client satisfaction

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 6 months-1 year experience as a BCBA
    • Active BCBA Certification & LBA required
    • Completion of 8-hour supervision training
    • Active CPR & First Aid Certification
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Aptitude in conflict resolution and issue management

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to commute to the center and perform physical tasks
    • Fluency in English
    • Capacity to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical movements
