What You Will Be Doing:
Architect and design electrical products while providing technical leadership across the engineering team.
Apply your expertise in analog and power electronics to lead the electrical design and architecture of new hardware for a broad range of lighting control and system products.
Mentor and coach engineers, aiding them in both technical and career development challenges.
Drive innovation in product performance and quality by working with new materials and cutting-edge suppliers.
What You Need for
This Position:
10+ years of experience in analog circuits and power electronics design and development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
A solid understanding of analog circuits, physics fundamentals, and power electronics.
Embedded programming experience is a plus.
A hands-on attitude and a proven collaborative spirit are essential.
