You will be responsible for driving productivity initiatives and delivering cost and service improvements in partnership with Supply Chain and Field Sales.
You have SAP experience (preferred)Qualification:
Bachelors Degree (3-5 years relevant experience and/or 1-3 years internal experience may be considered in lieu of degree) 3 years of progressive Customer Service, Logistics or Supply Chain experience Able to work well in a self-managed team environment.
Experience in Order Fulfillment & Management, Transportation, Pricing Structure and the Credit and Returns process.Experience or relevant knowledge in the following areas:
SAP, MicroStrategy, Forecasting, Planning, Inventory Management preferred.
logical, creative and comprehensive approach to problem solving Capacity to comfortably interact with all levels of the business and customers to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Judgment to resolve issues with the appropriate sense of urgency including after standard business hours support. Maintain productivity and professionalism while under pressure to meet strict deadlines and balance multiple priorities. Displays attention to detail for both accuracy and content.Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze issues, develop corrective actions or continuous improvement process, and align stakeholders to implement the change and communicate the outcome.
