    Job Summary

    • Responsible for producing food products from raw ingredients according to standardized recipes and using commercial cooking equipment
    • Ensure high-quality food products by monitoring ingredients and finished product to meet established standards
    • Attention to special requirements for modified and restricted diets
    • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
    • Provide excellent patient and family-centered care

    Essential Functions

    • Produce food products according to recipes
    • Ensure compliance with modified and restricted diets
    • Monitor quality standards and portion control
    • Identify opportunities for improvement
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
    • Apply safe food handling practices
    • Effective communication
    • Participate in safety initiatives
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 1 year of relevant food service production experience
    • Effective English communication skills
    • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Customer service focus and multitasking skills

    Preferred:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience with therapeutic diets
    • CRT-ServSafe Handler NRA certification
