Make a Difference Midday: Part-Time RBT Opportunities with Stride

Stride Autism Centers is seeking compassionate individuals to join us as Part-Time ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians. This role is ideal for those who need a consistent, midday schedule while helping young learners (ages 2-6) thrive.

The Schedule & Locations

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 11:15 AM – 1:15 PM.
• Locations: While primarily based in Cedar Rapids, you'll enjoy the variety of supporting our nearby Hiawatha and Coralville teams when needed.

The Opportunity

As a Part-Time RBT, you will implement customized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll be the "midday hero," providing critical support during peak group therapy hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 therapy following BCBA-developed plans.
• Accurately record client progress data using Stride's system.
• Maintain a professional, caring relationship with families and staff across different locations.
• Travel: Ability to commute to Hiawatha, Coralville, or Cedar Rapids as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Reliable Transportation: Must be able to travel between our three local centers.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demeanor: Strong work ethic with a caring, compassionate, and empathetic personality.
• Physicality: Ability to move freely/quickly and lift up to 25 lbs.
