Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing assessments of residents' clinical status, including vital signs and condition changes, and contribute to individualized care planning in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Deliver and oversee direct nursing care, including wound treatments, IV therapy (as permitted by scope), catheter care, and other skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
