    Description:
    We are seeking a talented Senior software development engineer with 10+ years of experience working with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions with expertise in Ping Identity, SailPoint, and CyberArk products related to ICAM to join our team
    This role will be essential to a team providing ICAM development support and documentation and will serve as the technical expert responsible for application integration, support, design, test, and implementation of access enterprise platforms within the authentication and identity lifecycle
    The selected candidate must be well-versed in architectural best practices and apply them across a breadth of technologies to solve an organizational problem
    You should be capable of articulating your views on the future development of technology to varying audiences, and you should understand the interaction between user identity and data

    This role can be primarily remote with the ability to travel to Alexandria, VA on 1 or 2 days a week or remote basis based on the client's requirements.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Manage access identity management platform integrations
    Serve as a key member of the Managed Services implementation team
    Partner with internal and external teams to expand our managed services and customer implementations
    Participate in business process evaluation/improvement activities and requirements gathering
    Participate in system implementations
    Execute projects based on these activities
    Maintain access platform, performing upgrades and required patches
    This is a "hands-on" position that requires someone capable of multitasking

    It requires an individual with a service-oriented mentality who can focus and take ownership of assignments/issues and manage/resolve those issues.

    Work well in a team-oriented environment and be able to self-manage their tasks to ensure success.
    Excellent ability to communicate up and down within the organization; prepare detailed descriptions of issues, status updates, recommendations, and reports

    Required Skills:
    Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience in providing software development, implementation, integration, and optimization

    Strong programming skills with a background in full life cycle software development using modern agile methodology and experience in the design and development of identity applications with U.

    A thorough understanding and practical experience with Object Oriented Languages like Java, hands-on experience with designing and developing REST web services, proficiency with the Unix Operating System, and familiarity with source control systems like GIT are required.

    Must have experience with software development integration engineering experience working with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions any additional expertise in Ping Identity, SailPoint, and CyberArk products is a big plus.

    Around 10 years of experience with Authentication technologies including PingFederate, PingID, MFA, AzureAD, and/or CA Siteminder, or equivalent technologies.
    Solid understanding of Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign (SSO), and security concepts
    Expert knowledge of authentication with hands-on implementation experience with SAML, OAuth2, MFA, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
    Demonstrated Web development experience with Java, REST, and JSON
    Scripting and automation experience to support automated deployments
    Minimum DoD Secret clearance is required before the start date.
    Must be a US Citizen
    Able to meet DoD 8570 IAT II Certification requirements
    3+ yrs
    experience working in a DOD environment (Contractor/Civilian/Military)
    Experience with the Identity Pillar of the Zero Trust Architecture
    Experience with Ping Identity
    Experience with projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation)
    Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing requirements
    Must possess a strong attention to detail
    Good oral and written communication skills

    Must have minimum DoD Secret Clearance Desired Skills:
    Knowledge of software architecture
    Bachelor's degree in a computer science or IT-related field
    CompTIA Security+, CEH, PentTest+, Cloud+, etc.
    Relevant certifications such as Ping Identity, CyberArk, and Sailpoint preferred
