Lab Manager of an Implant lab

Location:
Lafayette, Louisiana

Salary:
k (Depending on experience and knowledge)

Wouldnt you love to be a part of a team that is growing and expanding in the specialty of implants? This fast-growing fixed dental lab with a focus on implants is looking for a Driven, motivated, one who will give mentorship to his team and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done and help this lab continue to grow as it has more then doubled in one for years now.

This lab is in the best part of Louisiana. Beautiful area, great schools, and many activities for the family to do.

Responsibilities:

Hold it all together This person will need to have been a previous Lab Manager of 12 or more people.

He/She must be a motivator, and mentor to his/her team.
Must be driven and a hard worker.

Responsible for ensuring that the quality of work is up to par, deadlines are met and everyone is working together efficiently.

The ability to have a vision with the owner and work hard to help the team accomplish goals to make the vision reality.
