Job summary
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.This is a great opportunity for a motivated Travel PT or Contract Physical Therapist who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, focusing on quality care and patient progress in a supportive SNF setting.
This role includes evaluating patients to develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs. It also requires collaborating with other healthcare professionals like OTs, SLPs, nurses as well as maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with geriatric patients preferably within an SNF setting; they should possess strong communication skills plus excellent organizational abilities since multiple locations will require coordination,
