    We are seeking an energetic individual to step into our fast-paced, full-time Spanish Bilingual Paralegal position. This is an exceptional and challenging career opportunity to join our diversity-oriented global immigration law firm. Must be able to multitask and prioritize. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills. Must be able to communicate well with clients and superiors. Must be able to work independently and with a team. We offer competitive wages (DOQ) and benefits. This is not a temporary job and you should be looking for a long-term home.

    • 1+ year of experience in related position/field preferred
    • Proficiency with online case management systems preferred
    • Associate degree or higher required
    • Microsoft Office and Adobe experience required
    • Spanish proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking preferred

    Job tasks includes but are not limited to:

    • Client case management
    • Legal research
    • Communicating effectively with attorneys and clients
    • Drafting legal documents
    • Obtaining client documents
    • Translating, transcribing, and interpreting
    • Completing immigration forms
    • Schedule meetings, interviews, and hearings
    • Prioritize schedules

    Starting Salary: $ $28.50 per hour
