A leading global credit fund is adding a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Analyst to their team. The Performance Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating and optimizing the performance of the investment portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the fund by providing comprehensive performance analysis, insights, and recommendations to support investment decision-making and enhance overall fund performance.

• Design and develop reporting for Private Credit Funds
• Develop and maintain marketing materials such as track records and performance updates
• Review and prepare quarterly investor reports
• Address ad hoc investor inquiries

You'll Have

• 4-6 years experience in a position involving performance and exposure metrics within finance, ideally private credit or a hedge fund.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field from a top school
• Prior experience in performance analysis, investment research, or financial analysis within the asset management or private credit industry.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with excellent Excel and the ability to analyze large data sets (ideally with SQL, Python, VBA)
• Knowledge of key financial metrics (EBITDA, Leverage, LTV, ICR)
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
