We are looking to add a Regional Registered Dietician with excellent communication skills that can help each food and nutrition team provide the best for our residents. Experience in long- term care and geriatric nutrition is preferred but not required. Our new Regional Registered Dietician would work hand in hand with our Certified Dietary managers. Creative Solutions in healthcare believes in Quality of Care, Engaging and Fun Activities and Delicious Nutritious Beautiful meals for our precious Residents

Responsibilities would include nutritional assessments and care planning of long-term care residents in skilled nursing facilities, working closely with each facility's Certified Dietary Manager to ensure foodservice systems are followed to provide delicious meals out of sparkling clean kitchens, and monitor quality and accuracy of meal service as well as resident meal acceptance.

Must be a registered and licensed dietitian in Texas. You will plan your own schedule to visit your assigned facilities each month and will receive a car and cell phone allowance in addition to salary.
