    Mission


    Reporting to the Site Director, the Supply Chain Manager will use their knowledge and expertise to guarantee compliance with supply chain best practices.

    This role will coordinate efforts with cross-functional team members in various groups (buyers, engineers, IS experts, etc.) to drive improvements.

    Working closely with team to ensure that objectives are met

    Ensure processes and best practices are properly executed at the site level

    Monitor for compliance with supply chain "best practices" and the defined control plan

    Collect and manage process improvement needs, as well as information systems evolutions

    Drive improvement projects in supply chain activity with cross‐functional players


    Train and mentor team members to adopt best practices,learn new tools and develop strategies as they become available or needed.

    Participate and provide input in S&OP planning / review.

    Working closely to on-board, develop and build relationships with key vendors

    Be a liaison to RCCA with supplier claims & closing out on open claims

    Support & participate in customer service support calls

    Be the expert on demand planning and forecasting activities

    Profile


    KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS
    To comply with ITAR, must be US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident

    Bachelor's Degree in related field (preferred)

    5+ years of Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement experience

    3 years of people management experience preferred

    ERP experience (SAP preferred)

    Proficient in spreadsheet development

    Full-time position on-site 5 days per week
