    Job Description

    We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with prior experience as a Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, ADON or DON in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. This opportunity is for a 13-week contract starting right away with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

    Job Overview:

    We are in search of a passionate and skilled Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team at an LTC facility. The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in nursing management, care planning, and documentation assessment.

    Duties:

    • Manage and oversee the nursing staff
    • Develop and execute patient care plans in coordination with healthcare professionals
    • Review and assess documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
    • Offer leadership and direction to the nursing teams for providing top-notch patient care

    Qualifications:

    • Active RN license in the state of practice
    • Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership positions
    • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
    • Aptitude to efficiently handle multiple priorities
