- 3-7+ years of experience in Family Law
- Experience drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Experience preparing for and participating in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well as part of a team
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills, excellent written and oral communications skills, as well as an acute attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases through varying stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
- J.D. from an accredited law school

We are currently searching for an attorney a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years practicing in Family Law. In this position, you will work autonomously as well as reporting to and working closely with the Managing Partner, handling a heavy caseload from initial filing of the petition through entry of judgment.
