    Description
The Global Head, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) serves as the enterprise owner of CSL's
end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process—spanning Portfolio, Demand, Supply,
Inventory, Financial Integration, and Executive IBP alignment. This role is the architect,
conductor, and strategic leader of the IBP ecosystem, responsible for defining and

5 Lead modernization of planning processes, governance routines, cross-functional planning behaviors, and operating mechanisms. Own the global IBP transformation program, roadmap, and maturity model.
6 Ensure system capabilities support scenario planning, data readiness, integration, and end-to-end visibility by partnering with BPO and Digital/IT to shape the long-term IBP technology strategy
7 Align executive leaders and influence adoption of IBP standards, scenario readiness expectations, and governance requirements.

8 Develop and implement IBP operational plans to drive global planning performance, system adoption, data quality, and process adherence through short- and mid-term plans.

9 Solve multi-dimensional, undefined planning challenges across data, systems, org structure, capacity, supply-demand balance, and financial alignment.
