    Qualification & Experience Requirements:

    • BSc in an Environmental Engineering of related scientific discipline
    • Knowledge of environmental licensing and permitting procedures within the RoK regulation
    • Experience in environmental regulation and working with state regulatory authorities
    • 5 years of experience in the O&G or other industry or consultancy in engineering, environmental or related science discipline immediately relevant to the job with 2-3 years of proven experience in GHG emissions area
    • Expects to have very good knowledge of the RoK environmental legislation and practices and experience in preparation of and/or analysis of environmental reporting and/or monitoring data and corresponding activity data

    Required Competences:

    • Good analytical, and documentation processing and control skills
    • Understanding of RoK GHGE& Energy Efficiency and Regulations and standards
    • Understanding of technical data and documentation and advise on compliance
    Advantageous Qualifications/Experience


    • MSc in an environmental protection or related discipline
    • Experience as consultant in environmental engineering
    • Experience in ISO 14064, 14067, 14001, advanced skills on GHG&EE management is desirable
    • Experience within Kashagan Project
