    Arcis Golf is looking to hire a Banquet Manager for the Signature of The Club at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, CA.

    Hotel/Resort Banquet Manager with 4-star credentials. Ability to lead a young inexperienced crew that is eager to learn from a patient veteran. The Banquet Manager must be "front of house" comfortable ( able to converse with a wide variety of clients from Weddings to Fortune 500 board meeting planners) and well organized with the ability to run/oversee multiple functions at a time. Must be able to give clear directions to his/her team.

    Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage leadership role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skill
  • Experience supervising others and leading a team
  • Excellent customer skills
