    BCBA Position in Weehawken

    At Therapy Associates ABA Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. This key position will focus on providing comprehensive ABA assessments, supervision, and direct services to children in Northern New Jersey.


    Key Responsibilities:

    •  • Conduct thorough ABA assessments for children to develop individualized treatment plans,
    •  • Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs),
    •  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary,
    •  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care,
    •  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations,
