- Lead and supervise excavation crews, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Operate and oversee the operation of heavy excavation equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
- Plan and coordinate excavation projects, including site preparation, trenching, and grading, while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements and challenges and provide recommendations for problem-solving.
- Monitor project progress and work closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed within established timelines and budgets.
- Train and mentor excavation crew members, promoting skill development and safety awareness.
- Address and resolve project-related challenges, including unforeseen issues and emergencies.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and a commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications in excavation are a plus).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an excavator operator and in a lead role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy excavation equipment.
- Knowledge of excavation techniques, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be familiar with directional drilling machinery with minimum 5 years full time experience
