    Recognized as a leader in the higher ed marketing industry, our company runs a fully remote team of approximately 65 employees coast to coast.

    We are a growing team looking for an experienced resource manager.

    You will work closely with various teams across the agency, including research, strategy, creative, digital, and project management, to understand project requirements, assess resource availability against skills needed, and coordinate the assignment of people to projects.

    You will also collaborate with agency area leads to ensure target utilization rates are being met, analyze current and forecast project resource needs, deliver reporting to project teams, and lead status calls.

    Your expertise in resource management and understanding of marketing project workflows will be essential in ensuring the efficient allocation and utilization of talent and resources within our agency.

    Requirements

    Resource Allocation:
    Collaborate with project managers and department heads to determine resource needs for upcoming projects. Assess the availability, skills, and bandwidth of agency personnel and allocate resources accordingly.

    Capacity Planning:
    Monitor team workload and capacity to identify potential bottlenecks or gaps in resourcing. Develop strategies to address fluctuations in workload and ensure teams are appropriately staffed.

    Resource Tracking:
    Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, utilization, and availability. Utilize project management tools and software to track assignments, monitor progress, and identify potential conflicts.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Liaise with project managers, area leads, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and clarity on resource needs.

    Workflow Optimization:
    Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the agency. Implement best practices for resource management, project planning, and workflow optimization.

    Risk Management:
    Anticipate potential challenges or resource constraints and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. Proactively communicate with stakeholders about resource limitations and propose solutions to address them.

    Performance Analysis:
    Monitor key performance indicators related to resource utilization, project timelines, and team productivity. Analyze data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent practical experiences will be treated equally.
    Proven experience (3-5 years) in resource management, preferably within a creative agency or production environment
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience with Wrike is a plus.
    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage resources across multiple projects simultaneously.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
    Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
    Comfortable collaborating with remote project teams nationwide.


    Salary, Perks & Benefits:

    and will be commensurate with experience.
