    role:

    The Team:
    The Global Network Services Team is an integral part of the Infrastructure Services function within Corporate IT and are responsible for the effective operation of global network and telecommunication services across

    TMHCC, spanning

    more than

    80 locations globally.
    We are a small

    but high performing global team, split across London and Houston; operating on a 24x7 basis to deliver a stable, secure, and scalable service for Tokio Marine HCC

    .

    The team is split functionally, between Engineering and Operations, to ensure necessary focus is applied to each discipline.
    The Role
    Reporting to the Network Operations Manager,

    you are

    part of our Operations team, responsible for managing and maintaining

    global

    complex network system

    s, including

    routers, switches, load-balancers, firewalls, network management and monitoring tools.

    Help

    drive a service delivery mentality across the team, as well as help drive service improvements across technology and processes.
    You

    are a key part of our

    technical leadership across the Operations team and support driving the necessary proces

    improvements.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Proactively operate, maintain, and monitor the network infrastructure globally, delivering "network as a service" to each business unit across TMHCC.

    Incident Management

    Skills and Experience:

    years' experience

    of internetworking within a global enterprise organization users).


    Considerable experience

    implementing, managing, and troubleshooting networks in a pressurized environment, ideally within Financial Services

    Extensive planning

    knowledge and background in

    managing change to tech, services

    Expert knowledge of industry changes, updates, and technical developments related to IT networking.

    QoS (Quality of Service), ACL (Access Control Lists)

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience


    Cisco CCNP certification or higher;

    CCIE highly preferred


    TIL v3 foundation or higher
